The Sailors senior and school all-time record holder became the CIF-SS leader in the pole vault with a clearance of 16 feet, 2½ inches en route to winning the pole vault title at the Sunset League Finals. Sakioka’s clearance is currently the third best in the state this season and is the ninth best all-time in county history.
