The Monarchs senior produced a strong versatile effort Saturday at the Orange County Championships. He won the 300 hurdles title for the second straight year with a seasonal best time of 37.84, which is currently the fourth best time in the state this year. Barkley also ran a leg of the Monarchs victorious 1,600 relay team (3:20.10) and finished second in the 110 hurdles (14.82).
