Boval will attend Dartmouth and compete for the swim team. He captured the 50-yard freestyle (school-record 21.18 seconds) and 100 butterfly (51.73) at the South Coast League finals last week. He also helped Tesoro set league records in the 200 medley (1:33.99) and 200 free (1:25.43) relays. Boval also won the 50 and 100 freestyles at the Foothill Swim Games in April. His class schedule includes AP Calculus BC, AP Physics B, AP Literature and AP Government. Boval is a member of the Engineering Club, NHS, CSF and swims club for the Coto Coyotes. He also serves as a tutor through NHS.
