Patrick Bendzick is leaving Canyon to become the director of athletics at St. Margaret’s, according an announcement the St. Margaret’s website.
Bendzick’s new role becomes effective July 1.
Bendzick has served as an athletic director at Canyon for the past seven years, and he has coached the school’s track and field and cross country teams.
He was the Register’s Orange County caoch of the year for boys cross country this past fall.
