Brett Robinson finished with a 2-under-par 72 on Monday at Talega Golf Club while his teammate Johnny Hyun added a 73 to help Pacific Coast League Beckman win the CIF-SS South Coast Team Regional championship by two strokes.

Four of the five Patriots who counted in the final score all broke 80 at the San Clemente golf course as Beckman finished with a 374 to edge second-place Tesoro which finished second with a 376. Both teams have advanced to the SCGA qualifying tournament on May 27 at Mission Lakes Country Club in Desert Hot Springs.

Everton Hawkins and Jin Jen added a 74 and 77, respectively for Beckman. Jack Ireland posted the low-round of the tournament, shooting a 3-under-par 69 for Tesoro. He finished second in the South Coast League championship earlier this month at Talega.
