FRYER’S OUTLOOK: One player can make a huge difference in the lower divisions. Pacifica Christian (19-3) has that type of player, freshman point guard Dominick Harris. Pacifica Christian coach Jeff Berokoff lauds Harris as the best freshman in O.C. Berokoff might be correct. … Another player who can be a difference-maker in this division is Luka Filipovic of Carnegie of Riverside. Filipovic is a 7-foot senior averaging 18 points a game. Pacifica Christian doesn’t have players who who can match up with a 7-footer.
