Some of Orange County’s top high school baseball players have been selected to take part in the first year of the Area Code Baseball Underclass Games, which run Aug. 8 through Aug. 10 in Long Beach.

The roster for the Brewers, made up of players from the West Coast, Alaska and Hawaii, was released Thursday. Among the selections were Mater Dei catcher David Clawson (2016) and pitcher Nick Pratto (2017), Aliso Niguel catcher Blake Sabol (2016) and Huntington Beach pitcher/catcher Hagen Danner (2017).

The Area Code Games for incoming seniors (Class of 2015) starts Monday at Blair Field in Long Beach and ends Aug. 9.
