Ament was one of the standout performers for the Friars this season on the football field. The senior defensive back recorded 93 tackles and five tackles for loss for the Friars. He’s a three-year varsity letterman. In the classroom, Ament is enrolled in College Prepatory (CP) Physics, Critical Reflections, English 4 and Economics, AP Statistics and U.S. Government and Honors Placement Spanish 4. He participates in Her Servant’s Kitchen, a program that feeds the homeless in and around La Palma Park. He also assists with the Youth Friar Football Camp. Ament would like to study Business at an Ivy League school and continue playing football if the opportunity presents itself.
